This is the society of systems for the registration, clearing and payment of securities. It was constituted by the SCLV and the Bank of Spain after the passing of the Law on Measures for Reforming the Financial System, which unified the administration of systems of registration, clearing and payment of securities on a national level. Before this law, the SCLV was responsible for the registration, clearing and payment of the AIAF Fixed Income Market and of the stock markets, while the Bank of Spain administered, on behalf of the Treasury, the Centre of Annotations of the Public Debt Market (CADE)
